Just had a quick look on the Watford forum

and i've seen this:

Chalobah pretty well catching the ball and throwing it off the pitch - throw in indicated by lino
Great save by Bond - Goal kick indicated by other lino

An indicator that the goalkeeper knew he hadn't been fouled by Deeney - was him trying to drop kick the ball out after receiving treatment - the ref' had to tell him he'd 'won' a free kick!''

Now i thought the ref had a shocker to be honest but that isn't what i'm wanting to comment about. It's this with Steele.
Steele was quite clearly injured and was struggling to kick the ball. He wasn't putting that on, or i don't think he was.

Thought the ref was crap, to be honest, Hemsy. Giving decisions from 40 yards away because he was too unfit to keep up with play. Couldn't wait to book our players (was it 4 or 5?) when really only Hassell's challenge warranted it. Same as Tuesday night IMO. Quite lad we finished with 11 men.

The **** that kicked the ball into the Ponty should've been sent off by letter of the law as he'd already been booked.

But never mind. We won.

I'm adding Tony Bates to the same list of incompetent tosspots which includes Martin Atkinson, Trevor Kettle, Darren Deadman, Carl Boyeson and Andre Marriner. Oh, and Keith Hill.

 

Your best mate's team lost again. When he took over they were just 4 points away from a play-off place and 11 points ahead of the foot of the table. Now they're 15 points below the play-offs and just 6 points away from dropping out of the league.

they weren't any different to the clueless muppets that we've had the "pleasure" of officiating our games this season. terrible, inconsistent reffing this year, really needs looking at.

 

Yep. I'm sure he's made the Rochdale fans aware of how difficult his job while repeatedly telling them how lucky they are to have him.
