    16 months of blood sweat and tears (not to mention borderline insanity) has finally paid off. I even managed to mention the Barnsley Miners' Gala and BFC in there, along with a photo of our Cardiff Millennium Stadium post-match celebrations. This book would be useful to anbody studying: entertainment; leisure; events; arts; recreation; media studies; and tourism, so please do spread the word for me.</p>

    We're getting some students coming and working with us........

    They're coming to get experience with promoting/running gigs etc from the Uni Centre. I'll mention your book to em. They should be with us in the next few weeks.

    I don't know exactly but over 4 years (the expected lifetime until the 2nd edition) it will be several thousand, with the biggest market in North America where it is published under 'Oxford University Press', which obviously helps it. If it really takes off it could be in the tens of thousands.
