I fell out with Nokia years ago

Been really pleased with my Sony Ericcson phones but

Last one is a bit of a disappointment - W960i it has some great features but the battery life is poor and the touch screen not as good as I would like. Good for web browsing though

Hiya mate. If u mean w800i it's a bit old now but it's my old one and the g/f uses it - she loves it, and I used to love it. It does everything you will need at a guess. Music, 2mp camera, picture messages, texts, and it even makes and receives phonecalls!!

Dunno if you will use it for music but tbh I think it sounds better than my ipod by a long way.

    Is it me or...

have mobile phones been getting steadily worse over the last few years? My last two phones have been almost useless with battery lives that struggle to last the day. Fancy screen yes... working when you need it... no. My old Nokia 6210 from years ago had a battery life of the best part of a fortnight. Surely all the other features are secondary to battery life?

Have you not tried Sony Ericsson's phones mate? Have had many SE's in recent years and never had 1 problem with the battery. Got the Viewty and the battery was shockingly bad, so I got shut and went back to my old SE.
