Postie came with a thin packet to sign for. It had chinese writing on the front and has come all the way from Shanghai. I signed for it, thinking that I'd not bought anything off e-bay for a while, I wonder what it could be -and I opened it to find a sleeve from what seems to be a rugby shirt!!! It had been badly cut off a silky material type shirt with a yellow and black coloured heavier fabric with the reebok logo on. I'm now sh*tting missen thinking it's some kind of message from some Chinese mafia!!!Anyone else had owt like this and should I be worried???? Why would someone send just an arm of a t-shirt through the post? Is it some kind of scam or do I need to increase my personal security? Ta Foz
The Triad Traditionally cut off the arm of a jersey and send it to their intended victim as a precursor to their assassination. I should watch out mate.
Its someone being deported. They are just doing it bit by bit. Its the next few parcels that i would worry about.
I think the Japenese are trying to put a bet on the World Cup Rugby... They forgot the leg to go with the arm.
Your real names not William Hill is it?

LOL - thanks for that - I am now a quivering wreck, thinking that my card is marked and someone's after me! Wierd, you've all made me feel much better, thanks!!!! I think it's a premonition that we'll win tomorrow. Old chinese proverb say, receive a sleeve in the post and your football team will beat the Baggies!!! Will let you know if I'm dead or not after match tomorrow. ;-( Foz

Now they've got your signature You'll either get an outstanding bill for £330 for the rare world cup Japanese rugby sleeve from the shirt of former Japanese Scrum-half Wee Won Wonce or you'll be on an episode of "You've Been Had" featuring gullbile punters who sign for anything without question.
Doh!!!! Do you not sign for parcels when they come to your door? Surely just cos I've signed for a parcel doesn't mean I'm liable for owt??? GOD YOU@RE TURNNING ME PARANOID NOW - GI OER!!!
Just joining in the wind up lad, although I did sign for a parcel of 12 overalls at work once and there were 2 overalls short. The company in question refused to supply the outstanding couple because I'd signed for 12 - then again, I might have just made that up. LOL
Tip when signing for owt delivery wise..... just squiggle something other than your actual signature easier to deny signing for owt
cut sleeve is chinese slang A quick google found that "cut sleeve boy" is Chinese slang for gay - perhaps someone is trying to tell you something! see third paragraph in link: http://metromix.chicagotribune.com/...eeve,0,1138518.story?coll=mmx-movies_top_heds
If you soak the sleeve in water overnight, Boil the water off and the residue will be either high grade Heroin or Ricin, your buggered either way
