And very upsetting for a big softie like me Used to live with me when i lived at my mums until march last year when i got my own house. Couldn't bring him with me as the house aint practical for a dog so he stayed with mum. Unfortunatley mum had to have part of one of her legs amputated form above the knee down 3 weeks ago and will now no longer be able to look after him so we have had to arrange for the RSPCA to take him and they say they are coming tomorrow. I will be at work and so won't be able to see him go 6 Year old black collie, springer cross and has the energy like a 2 year old. Fantastic dog who has gave me some great times. Never hurt a fly and is the most friendliest dog i have ever known, especially with children Just hope that the RSPCA can find someone right for him. Wish it was around these parts with someone who wouldn't mind me visiting him occasionally but i doubt it Cheers Toby
Oh sounds crap. Wish I could have him, but we have no room for a dog. Hope someone decent from Barnsley gets him.
I used to have a Collie Cross, absolutely lovely dog he was. One of the most upsetting times I have experienced was when I had to say bye to my dog. Little Jack Russell he was, brilliant dog, but he went a bit loopy so we had to take him to a kennels. No need to worry pal I am sure the RSPCA will find him a good home.
so do i mate, so do i. Just a little worried as they're taking him to the Chesterfield kennells. Hope thats just a base and he aint staying there Why do we get so attached to animals when hopefully were gonna outlive them and put us through this eh??

Will do buddy.......... And there were plenty Just hope that someone near mum will jump in at the last minute
Why don't you find somewhere ( property) more suitable for your Dog so you don't have to take the risk of the poor fecker finding a new home,Think your being a tad selfish in my book, a dogs for life not to farm out cause you ain't got the right digs to keep it....
Yeah right. I will go and buy a bigger house with money i aint got. If it was that simple then dont you think i would do that?? Wanna give me the money?? Cheers for the comments tho
Loada ******, he should have thought when he got the poor fecking Dog that its for life.... No sympathy with him at all, i hope it makes him have fecking nightmares whether the poor Dogs dogs found a Home or they've had it put down.... Does the RSPCA. still put the Dogs they cant find a home for put down?....
I dont have to justify myself to an insensitive ***** like you Steve. How the **** did i know my mum was gonna have to have her fecking leg amputated?? When i bought my 1st house last year (and to get on the property market i couldn't be too picky) she wanted to keep him to keep her company. Now she cant On that note, thanks a fecking lot for you comments. Im off now as i simply cant bare to see your name. Wait til summat goes wrong with your life. Get ready for 1 almighty laugh from me
I agree with what ur saying but thats not much use to him now. People often get into things that they maybe shouldn't have in hindsight. Far worse having kids in a relationship which you weren't sure was gunna last etc. But hey we all make mistakes. I don't see the benefit in saying its your fault I told you so afterwards?
not been funny here, but why do u need a bigger house for the dog?? a basket aint that big and if you have no garden just walk him? Again not been funny aboiut it just think there was other options before the RSPCA. If we had'nt got our rescue dog i weould have had him no problem
