    Only half true though

    You have to score more than you let in so its a balance - if you have good strikers and a poor defence you struggle just the same as if you are solid at the back and cant score

    i know and by the same token if your

    midfield is no good then your going to struggle in both directions. just a thought though.

    Davey said the same thing.............you are only as good as your strikers.......he also said

    If he had £2 million to spend he would spend it on a striker.
    As the team is begining to take shape I think he will ship 3 or 4 players out in the close season and bring in a couple of strikers
