Gaaarghhhh just got this message: WE'RE SORRY! Unfortunately, this time you don't have the correct privileges on your account to purchase tickets for this match. Why not return to ticket home and try another match? That's me being a season ticket holder and having renewed for next season. Hope it's a technical fault.
Happened to me (and several others) for the JPT Final. Turned out I'd somehow got 2 accounts. One has the privileges and the other doesn't. If you can think of another possible login, try that? If not, I think they should be able to sort it if you phone the box office.
Only got one account. The availability symbol showing is "members" whatever that means. Don't understand why ST is showing as well

You need to log in. It is because it needs to know who you are as they are only available to season ticket holders.
errrr.......I did that straight away! I'm sorted now anyway as my brother's step daughter has done the business again, just like she did for the JPT. We're in Block 117. Happy with that
