    First part tells me he's already started the job, and the planning, he wants to do it.
    It's "us" and "we".

    And then shrewd enough to know this is the time for making demands and getting things the way he wants.

    Very wise too. What an achivement this has been - and what a debut he's had as a manager.

    One very proud Norwegian tyke here right now :)

    He knows he can achieve more with the right funding..8000 season ticket holders know the same...lets hope The Don and PC do...or there'll be a disappointing take up in the early bird renewals
