http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17163022 And I cant see why some people are having a paddy....seems to speak with honestly and good humor to me... have a listen...
I agree with you, but you'd think that Hill would've sussed by now what he's dealing with in certain quarters of our fan base, espe the internet faction. If I were him I'd be a bit more circumspect, but there you go.
Great point - he needs to develop a thicker skin fersure, plus some of our fans are just like others at other clubs....that's footy these days ...............now now now and no patience. Some fans love to whinge and moan and the glass is always half empty. No proper perspective. This manager could take us a long way if we show patience. However it's clear that a section of our support rankles with him.....and he is right about the soddin pessimism. I see it at every match. eg - Two guys who sit in front of me who always moan and groan and never even applaud or show any appreciation. Today, after Steele made his world class save there was no praise - just moans about how **** Wiseman is. If I didn't love the club so much it would make me stay away.
I'm baffled too but as soon as I heard him on Praise or Grumble I knew that some of the posters on here would be in meltdown and sharpening their knives for an all out assault on him.
The truth hurts, automatically we as Barnsley people criticise and look for negatives - don't know whether it's just us or whether it is a feature of this country!
