just listened to the interview, what a crap way to run a company.

    if my chairman wanted to see me about something that was immediate and vital to the business.</p>

    A. he'd make sure I knew he wanted to see me well in advance.</p>

    B. I'd make sure I attended no matter what else I had on the go.</p>



    The whole thing beggers belief.</p>

    Trying to look for new players. I actually feel sorry for Andy the way this has been handled in public, smacks of unprofessionalism.

    I listened to the interview

    and i sat there thinking theres something not right here. Id love to be a fly on the wall at oakwell tommorow because i dont think Andy Ritchie will be too happy with Mr Shepard somehow.(battered)

    Shepherd has fired back at AR for the other night....

    and imho has cut the first sod in AR's managerial grave. This interview starts to change fan's minds about AR.

    For me if AR IS avoiding the chairman GS should have demanded "clear the air talks"
