Listening to it now, yummy yummy yummy. Big fat slabs of music.

Personal favourite and the song that got me hooked on't Radleys is 'Towards the Light' on the 'Everythings Alright Forever' album.

    Oooh, another Boos fan!

I'm quite obsessed about the Boos to be honest ( :pff ), there was a time when I tried to get all my friends to listen to them, and I was a bit upset if they told me that they don't like the music.I own all the albums (including Ichabod & I) and also all their singles and EPs + lots of rarities and bootlegs. Some of them I've got on CD and on vinyl...

Sad? Quite possibly. But I don't mind, the Boos were the best and most exciting band on this planet. (clap)

Have you heard Martin Carr's and Sice's solo projects, by the way? Martin is now known as bravecaptain and has recorded 5 albums already. They're pretty good, but not at all like the Boos. I've seen Martin live a few times and I know him quite well. :)
Sice has a new band called Paperlung, they aren't bad either, but they've only just released their first single. I went to see one of their first gigs in London earlier this year, and actually bumped into Sice in some pub before the gig.

Anyway, if you see this, drop me a message or something, or just reply here...

Tomi, you win, you are the bigger Boos fan. You also sound a little bit obsessive, which is worrying. Let it go, the Boos were good in their day, but its over, move on.

Hehe, I wasn't being completely serious there. I do have all their singles and EPs and albums (etc etc) though... :D But I just like to collect things, right now I'm trying to find some Super Furry Animals rarities.

So have you heard any of the excellent b-sides by the Boos (boo-sides?) then? And what about bravecaptain or Paperlung? You can download bravecaptain's new album for free on his website, so you should definitely check it out.

Well, some of them aren't very good, but there are a couple of real gems as well. They played a brilliant acoustic set in Denmark not very long before they split, I think I'll send that to you first... is it OK if I send them on mp3?
