Surelt that is just as bad as the crowd booing. Advice, keep thi head down and get the players to be "like-minded in your values to be hardworking, enthusiastic, hungry, creative, dedicated, disciplined, organised and above all; have the will to win". Provide most of them plus a few shots on goal and you will find the crowd swings in your favour. If you are honest, in the last three home games we have met not one of those stated ambitions.
