Total total quality weekend, really enjoyed visiting the Valley for first time, nice set of fans, very safe away trip.Gotta say their ground is a proper old school ground, looks really good, miles better than some of these soulless new bowls, looked fantastic full. Our support yesterday was loudest I can remember in a long time, a full first half worths of non stop singing. Performance wise we were superb, thoroughly deserved all 3pts, Charlton worked hard and were organised but a bit like us didn't have the killer ball.Hill sat on cool box all game was a highlight for me.By the way London is class, miles better than owt up North. Yoooooooooo reds
Are you real? It's a place where anyone with a pulse would surely want to live, birds are out of this world
There's a lot of folk down here with the same ignorant, narrow-minded attitudes towards the North. Like I say to them, it's an important and historic part of your country. You don't have to like it, but then don't get so carried away with all this patriotic ******** every time an England team is trotted out.
My opinion on London is based on what I see with my own eyes. There are some nice areas, but a lot of it is a mess. Concrete jungle. Nothing narrow minded at all. You may look at it differently, fair enough, but I would never live there.
london is a dump of a city, but its still a great weekend out ......i love the underground but after a few days you just want to go home
Me neither; I have been to almost every part of London through work and football and my abiding memories are that it's a complete dump of a place. There are some really nice parts but when you consider that vast sprawling area London covers the nice parts only make up a small proportion of the place.
A dump? That's so wrong I don't know where to start. I've now lived here longer than I lived in Barnsley and I can assure you it's not a dump. Did you all miss the Olympics or summat?
To be fair the walk from West Ham train station to the Olympic Stadium isn't the most picturesque but London is one of the great cities of the world ......its just a shame its not in Yorkshire.... but we can't have everything
Well I spend quite a bit of time in London and I like the place, I'm always glad to go back home though, I like that better. Mind you I don't live in Barnsley....
