Before the game Ritchie said on Radio DeeDah that he wanted a win tonight and a home draw against a Premiership side in the next round. 1-0 down, he brings in McIndoe an within minutes it's 1-1. So why the **** did he leave Hayes and Howard festering on the bench instead of bringing on the heavy artillery to finish Allen's mob off there and then? And don't tell me he was saving them for extra-time because if that's the case why didn't he get them on with 5 minutes to go to get into the pace of the game? But the again I'm only a paying punter so what do I know!

    I think...

that he was trying to show some faith in the players that were still on the pitch and hope that they had it in them to get the win.

Ritchie's Achilles heel, far too pally pally, needs to be more ruthless......

with players that, quite frankly, can't cut it.
