No, we weren't allowed to interact with them as.. as cardiff was split in half. So got nothing good or bad to say re the Jacks.
Yeah, they chucked a bottle at me and my girlfriend, it missed. Didn't meet any others - traffic was so bad getting into Wales we had to rush to match and not many Swansea fans hung around after.
Met a few before the game when walking around Cardiff, no issues just normal banter. After game we went into a pub which was full of Barnsley. A small crowd of Swansea tried to get in and bouncers refused at first. Some Barnsley fans had a word and they let them in. No trouble, just some good banter.
Shook hands with a few after the match Saw a few that were gutted, absolutly no trouble at all. The organisors at the millennium had the common sense to have barnsley fans enter from the barnsley end and swansea from the swansea end thus ensuring 60,000 fans from rival clubs werent in the same place at the same time with no security or police present.
Crossing Wales to get to the game I met lots of Swansea fans. My feeling was they were not such a friendly lot. But all the Cardiff fans I saw at the weekend were fine. I accept the storys told on here as true, but we saw nothing like that on the train or walking around the ground.
Plus at Swansea that year We got on the wrong bus from the car park and travelled in with the Jacks. So we all kept very quiet and it was not the most fun I have ever had in my life!
Only saw 2 outside the stadium Sat outside Buger King, looking glum faced and barely eating their burgers.
Out of interest After the match on sunday where did you have to go to get to the train? (ie did you have to walk around the front of wembley underneath the 33,000 cardiff fans?)
I went up to one that looked a bit bewildered shook his hand and wished 'em all the best for next season.
I think they were mostly busy fighting with Cardiff fans.

From Gate N Down to the station and straight onto a train to Warwick and car from there. A mix of Barnsley fans and Cardiff (but obviously not as many bluebirds as on the way in). But no bother at all. chatted with them all the way there and back.
