    Did they include . . .

    . . . advanced scowling (when asked to do the simplest task), condescention (for when dealing with mere A/Ps and other lower forms of life) and that ability DBAs have of staring intently at a screen on which absolutely nothing is happening? Or do DBAs just pick those skills up on the job?

    You're not mistaken, I recall that as well.

    Was that the system that you could only look at in the computer lab in the mid eighties that was basically ****, or am I getting confused?

    I think DBA's have all that from birth!
