"My initial reaction is I am pretty embarrassed. I think to myself why all the preparation, why all the deliberation, why all the match reports and studying of the opposition, setting ourselves up to be strong to have an impact on the game when we throw it all away in the first seven minutes from a set play."

"It was a mismatch and it looked like a mismatch. You can compensate to a degree with determination and bravery, but I didn't see too much of that today."

"Players have to be responsible for performances, I'm as accountable as the players and it was a bad day. You look for positives, but today there were none and that's what's really really annoying."

"We want to be in the Championship next season, but with performances like that I can't see where the next point is coming from and that's what is really difficult for me as a manager and my pride."

But of course it's just down to the fact West Ham have more wonga than us.

That's how I feel as a fan Keith.

As the manager, your job is to show me that you know the answer.

    He's spot on.

I think to some extent he's put too much faith in the ability of some players to step up a level. Perhaps that's partly due to inexperience on his part as a manager at this level of the game.

I'm encouraged though by hearing that he understands what is wrong, and that it is individual errors that are costing us.

I'm just not sure that there is anything he can do about it, and I'm afraid that DOES come down to money.

Completely agree. One question though - do you have any suggestions as to what he can do?

One I have is about Steven Foster. Fozzie has been a good servant to this club, but for me he really doesn't fit into Keith's game plan, and I reckon other teams have sussed this out. They know our game is dependent on playing from the back, and they know Fozzie can't do it, so they cover his options and wait for him to give them the ball back.

So, no.1 aim for me would be to replace him with someone who can pick a pass into the midfield, and coach the midfield players on how to take it off him. I'm sure the plan was for Edwards to be this man, but for various reasons that hasn't worked out, and we've no other option right now.

What do you see as the major (fixable) issues?

still can't believe he got MOM today. suppose it about opinions, but I though Jimmy Mc was far better than him.

    I wouldn't renew fosters contract
