he of course blames the referree for most parts. But As he did last term, after each dismal disaster, he just has to say we played well. I think its time he went to Spec Savers, preferably the branch in Swansea.

He shouldn't have been giving any post match comments as he should have been collecting his P45

I think you're paraphrasing some what....

...hasn't he said that we were poor but did ok in patches without creating chances?

He's said that it's definately a sending off but it was never a free kick - something people posted on here at half time.

He's also said the strikers were poor but worked hard and that performances were unacceptable and they'll be looking over their shoulders.

But, yes, he's just blamed the ref and said we were unlucky.

Parky the ref and lino in front of the east stand was shocking. hassell got took out in the air but he did not give a free kick never mind a yellow which it was.

His comments sum him up perfectly

"I thought we played quite well at times in the first half and moved it around well without creating any chances. We had a few half chances out there but not enough to win the game.
I did not think our front two really looked like scoring today although they worked tirelessly so we changed it to freshen it up a bit."

So the strikers worked tirelessly but never looked like scoring because our midfield had "moved it around well without creating any chances" so he took both strikers off and replaced them with another two whilst not changing the midfield at all. What made him think that suddenly the new strikers would get chances when none had been created for the first two?

IMO we looked better when Odejayi came on

    Someone with physical presence.

By the way, were you on holiday last week? You hardly seemed to make a post, yet suddenly, after a defeat you're back with a bang!
