    Looks like Sheff Wed got away with serious financial irregularities in the early 90's.</p>

    Dave Richards appeared to cover them up to avoid the same fate as Swindon.</p>

    Yes Indeed.

    If they are found to have been allowed to bend the rules , then not only should Richards get booted by the F.A. , but Sheff Weds should get retrospective relegation , the 2 divisions that Swindon got.
