    .... the report about B.M.B.Cplanning to sell the councils'unwanted' land and buildings assets. (P.5 Wombwell edition)</p>

    I wonder if this will have an adverse affect on the councils stake in the company that owns Oakwell and the surrounding land.</p>

    Lol. How would they finance that? It might not be a good idea! I think present settlement is a good one provided the council act responsibly. I reckon the council's collaberation to buy the land is one of the best things bmbc has ever done! In fact I cant think of anything else they have done where I would rate them other than poor or average!

    Don't know how they would finance it

    unless Mr Cryne bought the rest from the Council. I still think if all the land and the ground itself belonged to BFC again it would be better than having bits of the Club owned by different people/Companies.
