They're goal is surely one a worst goals we've conceded this season, just behind that goal that Grant scored for Yeovil. Absolutely slack defending from Cranie and especially Ramage, whom so far is yet to impress me.

As for our goal... Absolutely class! Very pleased for Mellis, he (like many others) has not had the best of seasons; so it's nice to see a glare of quality that we all know he has being shown today. Hope he can build on it.

Away end was silence when we allowed that ball to drift along the line to Zigic. Any foot out would do

For me it was a really unlucky goal to concede. Cranie actually did his job but the deflection made the cross horrible to defend and stuff like that is so difficult to predict in a matter of seconds.

Not really Cranies fault,he got a block in but it unfortunately deflects off his calf,Mvoto looks as though he had a chance to put it behind but just hesitates.

Think that a bit harsh. Crainie actually get a foot to the cross which unfortunately makes it harder for the defense to deal with

You see my interpretation of those goals is totally different. The first, I couldn't really apportion blame when there is a deflection like that.
Mellis' goal was a goal keeping error - the keeper was stood waiting for a cross and left a gaping gap for Mellis to score.
Mellis' left-footed finish from 6 yards when he should have used his right was absolute gash though.

    Opinions, eh?
