Couldnt be more wrong re luck in front of goal could they? This bloke has been in front of goal more than any of our current crop of strikers. Fact is he couldnt finish his dinner.

I think he'll do alright for them,he might be a crap finisher but he can cause panic in opposing defenders due to his size and he can win the ball in the air. I think he should have been given a chance alongside Mifsud who seems quick and a bit of a poacher in the box .

 

think ur rite about him playing in league 1 will be interesting to see what he plays like against leeds at the weekend, just think he'd had enough chances with us n just hope he leaves n does alright for someone else

 

I agree about giving him a game alongside Mifsud, I posted the ssme after Charlton game. Mifsud scored most of his Coventry goals alongside big man - Adebola. I know Oddjob is not in the smae class but he would create space for a nippy striker like Mifsud.
Guess we'll never know now....

 

Hes been given anough chances.

Fact is he isnt a championship player. Never was never will be. Time to say he's had his chance and cut our losses.

Best case scenario is he scores loads of goals and gets his value up for a transfer in the summer.

 

OJ has real talent.

How many time have any other of our strikers got into situations hwere they are one on one with the keeper.

OJ has had about 20 times more chances like this than any other player in the squad.

he is fast, and has an enormous amount of power and stength.

the guy is absolutely brilliant at many things and genuinely terrifies defenders.

According to SD he is only going on loan for a month, then coming back here. He said he has got a future with us. Only way he will go is if Scunny offer some money. Hopefully he can bang a load in and get some much needed confidence. I don't reckon much to him but I am glad to see we are at least trying to get some money for a player rather than giving them away.
