http://www.thestar.co.uk/sportheadlines/Reds-waiting-for-Wembley-tickets.3867827.jp Fans being arrested and banned from Oakwell for celebrating one of the best occasions in the Club's history, what an insane world we live in when muggers and burglers etc get community service.
if its the idiots who ran on before the end and then stayed on risking the ref taking the players off the pitch. Then all the better
Ah Really Shocking Fancy banning people for tresspassing on private property and committing a criminal offence (doh) (doh) (doh)
Do you propose mugers and burglers should be banned from Oakwell then instead? I'd have thought that Community Service was a more apt punishment.
Have you never been so proud and overjoyed that you have done something so bad as to cross a boundry?? Come on if these fans had caused any trouble etc i could understand most where kids wnating to get near there heroes!
RE: Ah Really Shocking Its against the law to enter the field of play during a game.
So yes they are criminals.

RE: Ah Really Shocking Fancy banning people and getting less in oakwell for getting excited in fact lets all sit in silence next week and not move off our seats!
arseholes, the lot of them............ Sorry but its well known that you dont trespass onto a football pitch. There were numerous tannoy announcements and its in the programme. But some dickheads always seem to know better, personally I don't see the amazement in running on a piece of grass, sadly I've never been so overcome emotionally, never been so out of control of my senses to feel the need. They spoilt for the rest of us, they spoilt it for the players who were denied a lap of honour. Banning is too good for them, kneecap the little feckwits, that'll show em.
i personally would'nt run on the pitch but i can see why they did it however if you ban you have to ban them all and then empty stadium?
But didn't they think it WAS the final whistle? That's how it appeared. Ref blew for a free-kick and they thought that was it.
