clicked on live commenatary........ media player has opened up but no sound!! does commentry start same time as kick off or have I done something wrong?

tried all that Cazi! thanks for help so far running xp, media player 11, and have disabled all pop-ups/firewall settings..... still no joy! can't understand it....
