    I love The Office but this seems a bit forced and unnecessary. The end of the Christmas specials was the perfect place to leave the character.

    It's like when they did those extra Only Fools episodes and everyone wished they just hadn't bothered.

    Ive got to agree, the Xmas specials were a perfect way to end Brents story, but im quite looking forward to this....

    Also hope we see more of Ricky Gervais' Derek character. Never known a show make me laugh and cry in equal measures!

    Well I thought it was funny. Cringeworthy beyond belief, but funny. And it's got Shaun's mam in it from This Is England, so bonus.

    I dont remember anyone ever wishing they hadnt made more OFAH, infact Id imagine everyone would love it if they made more now.

    The office is alright, nothing amazing. What really needs a new series though is Phoenix Nights.

    Fantastic teaser for the film. Can't wait. Can't get enough of that character.

    Shame some folk can't differentiate between the character and Ricky himself.

    The Office was absolute genius. I spent 10-15 years workin in offices. Ive worked with every single Wernham Hogg emoloyee at some time or other.

    The fact Gervais/Merchant can (imho) make you cringe, laugh and be horrified at more or less the sane time is genius.
