I don't think so. He wouldn't turn down the chance to manage in the Championship. He's already had a taste of football management at Fleetwood and I can't imagine he'd be happy to play second fiddle to Flicker for the rest of his managerial career. He'd jump at the chance. I wouldn't mind him as manager with Martin Scott as number 2.
Maybe. Would depend what was on offer I'd guess. I reckon that financially it won't make any difference and he'll be on near enough the same as Flicker. Wasn't one of Keith Hill's conditions when he took the job that Flicker be paid the same as him? Flciker seems like a very loyal bloke, and so it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if he stipulated something similar.
