    since 1988/9 we have had 15 or more points after 9 games in the following seasons:</p>

    1990/1 16 finished 8th</p>

    1995/6 16 finished 10th</p>

    1996/7 19 finished 2nd P</p>

    1999/0 16 finished 4th</p>

    2003/4 16 finished 12th</p>

    Millwall and Bury have both been relegated on goals scored-Millwall would have survived on goal difference</p>

    they are the only 2 teams out of the 57 finishing in the bottom 3 (since 88/9 when the division went to 24 teams) to have been relegated having gained 15 or more points from the first 9 games</p>

    we should not go down now-unless something cataclysmic happens:) </p>
