I did get a lengthy considered personal response from Gordon Shepherd with which I am satisfied. I will not divulge the contents as Gordon asked me not to and I respect his request.
I am still very irate to say the least about the ticketing debacle but sanguine that it wont be repeated.

Not pacified at all, nor censored just satisfied I got a response. The ticket makes little difference to my opinion on the situation.
nicely censored then in effect.
what can be so damaging in a reply to a customers complaint that it must be kept private?

Why even bother posting this if you're not going to tell us what he said. It's a bit like "i know something you don't know, na na naaaa"
