But sorry to say I think the time is probably right for him to move on............. He has been a great servant to the club and has always given his all.......

In my opinion Bri has gone off the boil and we had the best out of him. His downfall was due the the increased responsibility (e.g. being made captain) the fact that he wasn't pushed or challenged for his place in the side. He was always first name on SD's team sheet, he was never dropped or subbed during SD's reign. Even when he was carrying injury or had a drop in form. This meant we never got to see the best of other players such as diego leon as they were always played out of position. Also I felt he didn't adapt to his role as captian, on a bad day he struggled to lift players in fact he spent more time giving bollockings and having a negative effet on the team.

But all said and done...... on his day Brian is a fantastic player. Take away the added responsibility and just leave the lad to do what he does best and you have one hell of a player!

Thanks Brian for all you have done and good luck!

In terms of life after Bri. I feel we can move forward and Colace, Anderson and Leon in rotation have the makings of a top championship midfield. As for the strikers any money we make from the sale of Brian can be put towards a proven striker as this is cleary our weekness. Lets just hope that we dip into the loan market before its to late......
