Just want to share this as I'm excited

Sorry folks but just wanted to share this with everyone.
I had a op last Friday and following the op I'm on a strict diet.

In the first since last Friday I have just been weighed and lost a stone.

I make all the hard work of this diet worth it and I'm so bloody happy.

Tomorrow I go onto the second stage of diet.

 

I'm going for an operation next Thursday

Hopefully, I'll be able to say something similar. Good to hear things are working out for you, mate.

Good look Kev with the op hope all goes well.

I had a nissen fudlipacation (not sure on spelling) anticipate I will lose between 20 to 30 pounds,
My mam had a gastric bypass 6 years ago, pretty much half the woman she was.

It was Dave, for the acid reflux, it's the best thing I could have had done I feel great

 

I having the chip removed from both shoulders!

Actually, I'm having my gall bladder removed. I can definitely see me having an even bigger attitude of self pity than usual after the op!
