Yep, most of the youngsters are not bothered with anything they actually have to physically do nowadays, the local weekend leagues are falling, through lack of players.

Weekend leagues are falling because of psychotic drunks - if it's anything like the game I watched last week :)

Who knows? Most players are coached to death now.

Gazza was amazing though. I wonder what would he have been like had he gone to Man U instead of Tottingham.

I disagree. My opinion is that young lads will always want to play football and do physical sports. The problem is that at school teachers only give a crap about the select few who are the cream of the crop.

If you are just an average young lad who likes playing football but isn't particularly good at it then unfortunately you will be largely ignored by your school PE teachers because it matters not one bit whether they teach you the basics of football, improve you as a player so that you can turn out for one of the many local under 15's sides or whether they pretend you don't exist. What matters to them is how the 11 lads who are good enough for the school team do so they focus all their energy on that select group because that's where the glory and credit comes from and that is only amplified when they think they've found a real talent. They practically jizz themselves at the thought of being credited with producing a professional footballer and that one kid gets so much special attention from the teacher that they make gary glitter jealous.

P.E in school is a big failure in my opinion because it isn't properly monitored and teachers can basically do whatever they want and who is ever going to know?

Not sure what you mean, lampards not box to box. Hes an attacking minded player that scores morr goals in 5 years than the given player scored in 10/15 years plus.

Wilsheres a very very good footballer. technically better than most including paul gascoigne and the guy at chelsea Josh mceachran good with the ball too.
Rodwell, henderson huddlestone have also got good potential.
Its looking good for me. Welbeck, rooney carroll are also good players.

Gerrards been called an idiol this week by italy central mid or defender, de rossi.

    Of course he is.

    Hes very very good.

PG scored about 50 goals in england at about 1 in 6 1/2.
so that means he needs to get around 8 a season which is something he should do.

Take the ****ing blinkers off. He's not a patch on Gazza. Gazza created nearly every England goal at Italia 90. We won't see the likes of him again.

Jesus what a load of crap.

Im talking about skill. someone who can create something out of nothing. Look to pass drop the should and go round 2 players and give a killer pass.
Gazza was taken to the world cup that year for that exact reason. Someone who can create something special. something out of nothing when the teams struggling.
without gazza England wouldn't have got near the semis

When England are struggling You dont even know Lampard and Gerrard are on the pitch.

Stats say whatever you want them to say.

You have to look beyond the goals column when looking at skill....besides Gazza played in the same team as one Gary Lineker who scored 48 in 80, so without checking I suspect Gazza created a few for him.
