    He's not allowed to talk to the media. Sheff utd not allowed either under the terms of agreememt. We need to know both sides

    Why look for something thats not there.Player wants move,player gets move.Club wants best possible deal thats what the club gets.Sheff.Utd want Howard ,they get Howard.Seems straight forward to me.

    If thats the case let howard put his side over. Stinks of a davey cover up.

    I know people on here said that he was an anonymous newcomer, but I thought what Maverick 10 said about the whole afair seemed to make a **** load o sense, and you could see that it was much more realistic what he was saying last week. Summat weren't reight abart it all, but its gone and done now, so no point really speculating if the club shat in him or if he's simply a judas. Just wait till next time is all I will say...see how the club handle the next Howard situation.

    And i hate to agree with you (as you know i hate doing that any time) but i think you could be right about Maverick10. Really think that he is who he says

    looking for the next dead thing to pick over. You would be better in the Nevada desert than down at Oakwell. Get over it WHATEVER you think it was and move on . If you are so concerned about Howard and Blackwell then you know where to go, I am sure you will be welcome.

    and thats why neither he or united are able to make any comment at the moment. Once he signs for them in january he can then not be gagged - so BFC arent going to tell any outright lies which can be refuted within a matter of months.

    Could there be some thoughts of an illegal approach from United as Howard would only consider signing for them, despite the fact that when this was said no permission had been granted for them to have talks with him?
