    I don't see anything wrong with that!

    Can you explain why they shouldn't try? It's got a lot better chance than BFC getting anything out of Sheff U.

    Maybe we should sue West Ham too, because if Sheff Utd had stayed up, we wouldn't have played them this season. We would still have Hume playing for us and wouldn't probably be in a relegation spot. All I'm saying is its bordering on the desperate now. Teams are looking like vultures picking at a carcass.

    The out of court settlement will have included a &quot;no admission of guilt&quot; clause which will mean that anyone trying to leech in on the agreement will still have to prove that West Ham were guilty of any offence.
