do all the people who post messages during games (particularly home games and local away games) not feel REALLY embarassed when they come on here spouting out second hand opinions when they have been show as not being true reds??
Yes, I feel ashamed for not going to every game each season and as such I feel my opinion on all things Barnsley F.C related are null and void.
you mean the people that have been shown to have a life outside of football? ******* the lot of them if you ask me.
I cant believe they'd even consider having other commitments ahead of Barnsley Football Club. What sort of person puts food on the table ahead of buying tickets for Barnsley V Brentford?

Sod the family commitment! Let the kids starve..... Blah blah blah.... OOOO I'm a proper Reds supporter i am
I wasn't sure of your reason for asking People have reasons for not attending every single Barnsley game. Just because you don't have commitments doesnt mean that others dont.
Cazi for example, i'm sure she'd love to go to more games but she can't because of where she lives. I would like to go to more but unfortunatly work commitments mean that I cant. Jay would like to go to more but the financial contraint is too much for him every week. Big Lil would go to more but he as family responsibilities.
Theyre just a few examples and there are a lot more reasons and a lot more examples of people with those reasons. I don't think it makes them any less a Barnsley fan than you though, just a different person to you.
And just so you're aware, the supertyke name was a play on words from my old Superted avatar who was wearing a Barnsley shirt (ie he is a supertyke not a superted)

Please explain to me, how my not attending games makes me less of a 'true red' than those who do attedn games.
well i think that if you go then you must be more of a die hard fan than someone who doesnt. generally there are people who really cant afford to go, but still do because they love the club so much. there are people who travel to every away game and have so much commitment. of course there are armchair fans and theres nothing wrong with that, but i do agree to a certain extent that people shouldnt 'spout second hand opinions' as does happen. personally, i'm a season ticket holder and have been to 2 away games. not bad, but there are other people who are so commited and die hard fans that they must go to every game and i admire these people so much i may actually attempt to bum them. (bummers)
or looking at it another way you could say that those who go to every game, watch the reserves and go to training are sad Barstewards with no life away from BFC.
Not that thats my view or anything.

RE: or looking at it another way or the people who listen to the commentary online are sad Barstewards... not having a go, i do it on away games.
RE: well So I have to use the wireless or internet for the games. Am i not allowed to form an opinion on the match?
