Saw them earlier this year at Bellend Road, they were awesome. Great day except for numerous Marching On Together chants.

    They are a pop band.

However, some of their more Rock tunes, like Retirement & My Kind Of Guy are immense. May get mesen a ticket.

Always makes me grin when Ken Bruce chats to the contestants on pop quiz "asking what kind of music do you like?" Kaizer Chiefs seems to be the standard answer for anyone over 45 thats still trying to "get down with the kids".

I dont mind them myself like.

saw em with Macca at Anfield in May, pretty average

were really out of their depth, it obviously wasnt their crowd, i quite like their music, have both of their albums but they wernt the best live act ive ever seen, in fact the Zutons were loads better

Just above average on CD, but totally awesome live - one of the best bands I've ever seen. Not quite as good as REM were in August but ran them pretty close. Wellsie is right about the Leeds songs though, and the flying beer is pretty irritating, but you'll have a good one I'm sure.
