Why ? Are they hanging around outside your house in a threatening manner ?

Think it'll take a few of our squad time to adjust, some may not make the step up though.

I think Kay has had a very good and improved season as a centre back,my man of the match at Cardiff. If he maintains the progress he has made he could turn into a very accomplished Championship player.

    think our defence...

...might get found out at a higher level. Hassel at right back worries me, tends to dive in and leave gaping holes if he doesn't get the ball. Looks like panic stations a lot of the time but paradoxically we don't seem to concede many. Fear that might change tho'.

You must have forgotten, that Kay has played at that level, and didn't look out of place.

    The key thing here is....

there are a lot of bad players in this division and the standards are not as high as there once were, you tend to have 3 or 4 good teams, then another 4 or 6 that have potential, as for the rest anyone could beat anyone!

Look at the table last season the playoffs positions were sorted weeks before the end of the season!

i think all our current first team can adapt but it might be a big ask for the squad players, especially those we have hardly seen play this season!

What did he do at Cardiff that made him your man of the match?have another look at Fallons goal Kay is marking him and then suddenly backs off, his passing is poor(rowZ)if Trundle had been a big a diver as Knight he would have gone down from Kays clumsy lunge(trying to tackle him from behind and inside the box)luckily for us Trundle missed, but i wonder what the fans would have said had Trundle gone down to which he was entitled to do(yeah i know Swansea miss penalties)Kay in fairness has had some ok games but he would be my biggest worry for next season.Ps his little brother looks quite useful in his kickabout when hes been the mascot.

I agree. I dont mind kay, and he might do ok next season. He did make some good tackles, and am not having a go at him. But he was marking fallon, but then backed off onto the goal line for his goal. And there were a couple of shocking tackles, trundle for his miss and the one out by the touchline especially.

Holden seems to rate Richards very highly

Kay has played at this level before and not only coped, but looked like one of our better players. He is now IMO a better player.

I agree with you about Hassell. I trust the rest of 'em though. :)

He didn't know what Fallon was gonna do though. No one did. And what McPhail tried to do I have no idea...

    RE: Kay

And you forgot to mention (and so did I) that a lot of our players haven't played Championship football recently (not just Antony) and may have gone a bit 'off' e.g. Paul Hayes, Nardy, Reidy, Hassell, Colgan, Howard...could go on forever. They might have been there before but they've been playing League One for over a season. :)
Doesn't mean I don't trust them all in the Championship next season though.

And so do I. What's the problem with him? In the league he's the top scorer.
I seriously don't understand the hatred.
