No i wasn't suprised, in fact as he ran through I didn't even stand up... when the side of the net fluttered my pulse did quicken slightly.
What the hell must he have been thinking? The goalkeeper didnt even narrow his angle so he had the goal gaping. Why oh why didnt he just put his foot through the ball???

RE: Should've held the ball up for someone with a shot in 'em The only thing i blame Odonkeyi for directly is taking the ball forward and shooting when he knows full well that he can't/daren't shoot properly. He must've been hoping Enckleman would knock himself out against the post, and fall in such a way that he didn't cover part of the goal line... and that the sun would then shine and expand the wood in the goalposts to make it a bigger target... and that the wind would pick up and carry the ball into the open net without his feet intervening
