An exceptional player who was sold, in the grand scheme of things, far too cheaply. May his career go from strength to strength
I'd hope for at least 20% of the next transfer fee he's involved in. If we've gone below that then we really were mugged off. 20% of £30,000,000 would be our budget covered next season surely?
Id say 10% at a guess. So if they sell for £30M we get 3million so we would have had 6M in total. I really hope they is a sell on clause.
over to you Jase..... please tell us what the clause is if any? can't see them telling us though...............so much for fan involvement and transparency........only when it suits eh bfc?
He's confirmed time after time, that there's a water tight confidentiality agreement in place. What do you suggest he does - disclose details of the sell on clause, and forfeit the money as a result? Would that be transparent enough for you?
John Stones could become the best defender this country has produced since Bobby Moore. Everton got him for peanuts so I hope we make back some of his true value in his next transfer. If there is no sell on clause to bolster a pathetic £3m transfer fee then I would seriously question the judgement of those running our football club.
Me too. I'm pretty sure that it was confirmed there is a sell on clause. Mansford aid something like he couldn't disclose but let's hope he does well in the world cup
