Why do you have to include "discuss" in your headers ? Isnt that what's happening all the time

Eventually i'd like to see Neil Redfearn back at the club in some capacity. I think he's coaching at York City. Maybe if he got afew years managing skills under his belt and was successful he'd come to Barnsley. As for someone for next season if we are relegated can't think of anyone who we could relistically get that would do any better

 

Totally agree. We have had too many years of continually changing managers. We need stability.

We've had too many managers in too short a time. He's got a four year contract anyway so we can't really afford to sack him. If we manage to stop up I'd give him 15 games at the start of next season and see how we're doing. If we go down then he HAS to go I'm afraid.
I have serious misgivings about Mr Davey though. The cup run just papered over the cracks. He makes the same team selections and adopts the same tactics time and time again when everyone can see thay don't work. Plus he cannot spot a striker to save his bleedin life.
