Okay were having a bad spell at the minute, not getting the right result away from home and having a problem defending free kicks, however if some one would have said to you we would have been 12th mid table with 31 points im sure you would have took it with both hands.
So instead of saying thats it were on the way down here comes the relegation zone why dont you get behind the lads at oakwell and away from home and lets see what fans we really are, not just fans that call the praises when there winning but are the first ones to slate them when they have lost. You win some you lose some. So KEEP THE FAITH with them and lets get behind them on boxing day.

Hope every one as a great christmas and a happy new year as well. You Reds

I think differently. Just because a few people on here have expressed a fear of relegation doesn't mean to say they are not going to get behind the lads any more- or any less - than those who stay 'positive' regardless. The fear of relegation is quite realistic. We have 2 home games coming up against a team that could be heading for the Prem and one that not so long back that was in the Prem. We could easily lose both of these games despite our strong home form so far. If it happens we the have a relegation 6 pointed at Scunny. We face losing key players in January and also it's uncetain whether we can keep the loanees.

I would go as far as saying the ones who dismiss relegation talk at this stage are just burying their heads in the sand., Burnley were in a very similar position to us this time last year and went on an awful run escaping relegation by the skin of their teeth. Davey is doing well but faces some big challenges over the coming months.

But to reiterate - I'm no less of a fan because of this viewpoint - and will be getting behind the Reds just as much as anyone else at the games.

Focused on the next game quicker we get to 50 points the better. new team of 14 players and we are improving ,realistic about potential to drop in the league . nothings guaranteed but we could put a run together and you never know!
the ref won Saturday but they will be players on Wednesday out to put that right.
