Keith Hill is incapable of receiving any criticism whatsoever.

I have just listened to the interview on Barnsley Player and cannot believe how he seemingly sets out to alienate the fan base.
I consider my self a supporter.
I never boo, buy my season ticket every year, travel to away games on a regular basis but like many fans I can have a jolly good moan to the fans sitting next to me when I see evidence of what I saw in the first half yesterday.
There is protecting your players and protecting your players and Hill seems to go to the furthest extreme, almost to the extent that they are protected like nambie -pambies who cannot be allowed any criticism whatsoever.
When you are a person like Keith Hill with supreme confidence bordering on a swaggering arrogance, when things don't go to plan , there is always the next plan - blame the fans.
I am sorry but I am thoroughly disgusted with his slandering of the fans, at this rate we will have no fans left if he continues to alienate the fans as he is doing.
After a poor performance, Plan B is always the same - Lets blame the fans!
I wonder if he is remotely aware that teams were getting booed off their pitches across the country yesterday, including Tdown at the Bridge and at Bramall Lane to name but a couple.
He acts like a spoilt, infantile brat.
I wish he would think before engaging his mouth.
I feel totally despondent this morning and much of it is to do with his comments.

 

I think the guys a genius, you have to be something special to alienate the majority of the fan base who were actually behind the team, I really want him to be a success but he does seem to be able to dish it out but unable to accept any criticism of himself.

In over 50 years supporting BFC I can't remember a manager who has carried out such sustained attacks on the fans.

I wasn't at the match, and won't be at any £30 games, but I find Hills behaviour astonishing.

I don't think he is a confident man, his behaviour is that of a weak, insecure man.

 

The irony of it was- Flitcroft applauded the Ponty end at 1-0

The Ponty were making a good noise when we were losing. Just wish he'd stick to talkingabout the game and stop criticising fans.
