Talked about playing the youth team on Saturday (not sure how serious he was)

Haynes available for transfer -"financially and professionally he's not in my plans"

Also talked about some personall stuff and had questioned if it was all worth it !!!

Said wee were magnificent today - have to disagree with that though!

Purely a footballing decision...my arse! aye, oreight kieth! pull the other one its got bells on!

Also, what was all that toss about locking himself in a darkened room and wondering if management was really worth it?family troubles etc which we really didn't need to know about in a footballing forum. If things are that bad at home, stay there till they are right and put Flicker in charge ffs! He does not inspire my confidence at this moment in time i'm afraid!

I thought it was a pretty open and honest interview from him; I didn't agree with everything he said, particularly about the performance but I applaud his honesty.

What a strange interview. I hope Hill looks after himself and his family. Nothing's worth your sanity.

How is it honest to say we were magnificent today?
The stuff about his family , we do not need to know. Things have to be kept separate family life and work life. 2 separate entities.

superb interview - always fascinating to listen to. .....and he's right - the players have nothing to feel ashamed about. Its not like they went out there and didn't try or didn't care. It was poor but we were beaten . It happens. Keith's interview was half in jest and his honesty is terrific. We have our own Mourinho with this lad - and bringing in the family issues. proves he's human. In Hillcroft I trust!!!!!!!!

No I said I didn't agree with what he said about the performance today. The rest of the interview was typical Hill and I just think he makes such a change from the usual cliche filled cr@p we here from managers.

great interview an absolute master in taking attention off players. hill knows which players are trying and which ones are truly tired and he'll sort it his way,no fuss, no pointing fingers, if you buy into hillcroft your ok if not on your bike first oppertunity no doing laundry in public with this bloke.as for the family bit he's just probably letting people know that he is human. i must agree with his alleged philosophy in that he deals with players his way, either play or go. no falling out, blaming etc.

I've just listened to the interview and without going into the rumours too far, it sounds like the rumour about Haynes' family abusing Hill's family could be true.

When he mentions family being the most important thing, it sounds like he's saying if the club don't support his decision to move Danny Haynes out of the club then he won't be happy. Obviously, he's not going to say anything officially about what happened because he doesn't want other clubs to know or they might not be interested in buying him. I'm sure that financially it'd make sense to move Haynes on as we could use his wages well on 2/3 other players.

To be honest Mark, you must be able to admit that you blindly hate Keith Hill and that he can do nothing right in your eyes. I know you don't like the guy, but you've turned from an active and objective poster to someone who only comes out of hiding when we've been beaten. You seem to take great enjoyment in slating him and disappear from view when we do well. I just wondered if there is anything Keith could do to change your opinion of him?

    When have I disappeared then?
I have been here all the time, except the times over xmas when I spent time with my family. I have said nothing on Hill except I dislike his accent, I have said that he was wrong about slating the fans, I said he was wrong today about us being magnificent. If that proves to you I hate him , then you have a strange view on life, because to hate someone takes a ****ing lot more than that in my life sunshine!
I find it somewhat strange that fans on here can come on and have a dig at others when we win, then come on after we lose and still have a go at other fans for having differing views!!. That is all I will say .

As I said in my post above Mark, I'm not just referring to today - I'm referring to the numerous posts that you make about Keith Hill personally and not the performance of the team.

There are numerous posters on this board who are what I would call "negative" and I rarely question them, I just accept that we have a different view. The only reason I asked about you is because you didn't used to be like this. It seems that Keith Hill's appointment has brought out a different side of you. I just wondered what Keith Hill could do to chance your opinion of him.
