the administrators don't give a flying toss who buys it, they get their fee regardless. My guess is the Inland Revenue will get theirs back in full at some point, so they'll stop stamping their feet now. Everybody's happy, by everybody of course, I mean Ken, his mate at the administrators and the guy at the Inland Revenue who's just recovered £7mil. obviously this is not fact, it's just my imagination.
It is incredibly funny. Almost as funny as 'top tier, top tier give us a song' which somebody invented last time we went to Elland Road.
I cant afford the mortgage on my house..... can it get reposessed so I can buy it back at a fraction of the cost in auction?
So what's changed between last week and now?How much do they have to pay back to the creditors and IR?
You can, but you'll have to play against Cheltenham, Hartlepool and Bristol Rovers in your back garden next season.
What everybodies forgetting Is the deal has still to get FA approval to the sale. Knowing what they are like, West ham, etc etc he'll have no problem.
