    In times like this could we do with a Director of Football.....i.e. someone like...

    Mick McCarthy
    We may have the problem that AR isn't a sales man and is unable to sell the club to potential players........as Peter Ridsdale could
    It maybe an idea to have someone on the board of directors that knows football inside out - and is able to sell the club to potential players and sponsors
    I would name another posibility but I know what the reaction would be on here
