RE: Kettering 2 Fulham 4 And what a game that was! 5500 stood crammed into real terraces, top atmosphere, (memories of Chelsea) and Kettering deserved to win it. Was Fulham's match for the first 20 mins then Kettering realised that Fulham were actually really ****, stopped giving them too much space and respect and got on with outplaying them for the rest of the match. A 2-2 draw would have been a fair result, tho at 1-1 Kettering had enough chances to have made it 3-1. Bobby Zamora and Danny Murphy came on late to help them win it, 9million quids worth they cost in order to beat little Kettering. And we had to suffer Mike Riley. Fulham scored twice in the last 3 minutes against the run of play and the result made it look like it was Fulham's game, watch it tonight to see how it very much wasn't. I'd hate to pay £40 or £50 a game or whatever they pay to watch Fulham each week, they were crap, I can see why Bullard thinks even Hull are a better option. Konchesky, Andy Johnson, Aaron Davies, Zoltan Gera................none of them earnt a wage today. Nicky Eaden had his usual solid game, never does anything special but always dependable......good old pro still plugging away. Hopefully Kettering can kick on and make the play offs, on performances like this they deserve to break into the league. All in all, top day art!
