Betsy, 29, had joined City from Wycombe in January for an initial fee of £150,000 - but has only started one game this season, in the Carling Cup. </p> "Kevin knows his future lies at Ashton Gate, but our reserve games aren't competitive enough," City boss Gary Johnson told his club's website. </p> "He will now get the opportunity to play some good League One football." </p> Betsy has made over 250 league appearances in a career which has taken in spells at Woking, Fulham, Bournemouth, Hull, Barnsley, Hartlepool, Oldham, Wycombe and Bristol City. </p></font></td></tr></tbody></table>
