    Unlikely, but old pals link?

    Could there be a Davey link from his Preston days and a Ryan Kidd link from his Bury days. The old pals act can work out, although the best we could hope for would be a season-long loan.

    As we are down to the last three of Stead, Riordan and Snodgrass, maybe Davey has put out more distant feelers. I think that this is unlikely, but old pals sometimes does the trick.
