RE: Lights out, career over nt Khan looks a bit of an idiot now, saying beforehand that he was faster and stronger than Prescott.
When you lose like that it is He'll be scared stiff of anybody getting near him now. Will still become WBO Champion, and a rematch is probably 4 months down the line.
Bet Sky Box Office are pleased with that investment! TBH can't see uptake being that high for this fight - thought that first few fights should have been on Sky Sports until he proved himself a title contender. Can't see many people subscribing for next fight, unless he's on the undercard to a top bout, such as Hatton.
No way back for him, he's only fought mugs, tonight he was.... out of his depth' Warren has killed his career going for big money far too quickly.
RE: No way back for him, he's only fought mugs, tonight he was.... I'd lay a wad on Oliver Harrison laughing his ****** of right at this moment in time, Khan maybe should have kept the guy on....
When he said Prescott I think he meant the other Prescott with boxing history <img src ="http://tbn0.google.com/images?q=tbn:A-f2WWIKnI4KOM:http://www.ananova.com/images/news/prescott_punch1SKY410x309.jpg">
With one or two exceptions.... </p> ...this thread is populated by people who know **** all about boxing.</p>
Watched the whole 55 seconds again this morning One thing's for sure, there's definitely not a rematch around the corner, that was some knockout. To think Kahn was touting himself as an opponent for Ricky Hatton and Manny Pacquaio, brought down to Earth with an almighty bump! Frank Warren then tries to lay the blame at the Cuban trainer's door over the choice of opponent. Very bad night for Warren, with Alex Arthur (thankfully) getting beat, Kahn getting knocked out, and Fraudley putting on yet another woeful display. Who has he got left? Calzaghe has jumped ship, Enzo Maccaranelli will never headline a bill again, and his prized assett just got blown away by a relatively unkown Columbian. Times are tough for old Frank it seems.
