Why are West Brom offering him a rematch?

Is it being staged at the Hawthorns? You'd thought he would want it at the Reebok.

Under the circumstances a rematch was always going to be the only acceptable outcome. Khan will knock him out this time.

Still can't understand how you get to that conclusion mate - I'm properly intrigued. Would understand if Peterson was some hype job, but it's a decent, solid fighter, who has never been knocked out before.

A rematch isn't even guaranteed to happen yet anyway, all depends on what the IBF do.

Just a gut feeling. I really rate Khan and while Peterson is no mug I just think Khan will be so focused this time he'll leave nothing to chance either in his preparation or in the fight. I could be wildly wrong, I did lose £100 when I took a bet on Douglas beating Tyson so my judgement isn't great.

That was Tyson v's Douglas though - I'd have lost the same £100 if not more had I had a job and a bank account at that time!

I don't think Peterson is a fighter who gets knocked out, and unlike Khan is has a Plan B, C and D if he gets in to trouble.

Most fighters can be knocked out and while he's no mug Peterson isn't a great and can be beaten. Khan needs to be patient but I think he has the punch to knock him out.

I'm surprised Khan didn't make more of this. I've hardly heard him mention it.
