    fully deserved - he's been an excellent member of the Welsh team and delighted he's going to Qatar.
    After todays spirited performance Cymru have nothing to fear in the World Cup - and as I've said in another thread - 'England be afraid, be very afraid!'

    Remember the words "we still hold a interest in the player ",What happened to the nice little cash bonus of Moore and Pinnock for that matter becoming international players and in Pinnocks case the nice little payday when Brentford got promoted?Not very good at negotiating was Mr Conway!

    Remember talking with his agent, he told me he trebled his wages going to Wigan.
    And I remember on here, people going mad cos he left us to go to little old Wigan.
    He did OK out of it and as furthered his career well in my opinion.

    Yeah and little Wigan could not work out why they got into financial difficulties.

    I never understood why people blamed the club for Kieffer moving , he clearly said in an interview that after his head injury he realised a footballers career could end at anytime and he was was moving to secure his future

    He went to Wigan, did we receive any payment? I really don't know as I do not follow the goings on inside of things at the club, I just focus on the the pitch side of things.

    He had I think 2? Years left on his contract when we chose to cash in. The reason it annoyed people is that the club had just said it wouldn't sell people unless they were in the last year of contract or something like that anyway.

    Pretty sure the fee Wigan sold him for was used to cover any outstanding instalments due to us.

    We eventually got a lot more than we paid for him, and at the time we sold him there was some uncertainty as to how effective he would be after his horrific head injury.

    I never had a problem with him leaving but to go for a reported 2.5million less that a week before the window ended was a joke. Not to mention the replacement.
